Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Damaged or broken during shipment

  • Incorrect or not what you ordered

  • Defective or not functioning properly

  • Unused and returned in its original condition and packaging

How to Request a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

  • All refunds are issued in cash only

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds apply to the original payment method, which is Cash on Delivery (COD)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a cash refund and place a new order if needed.
