We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
Damaged or broken during shipment
Incorrect or not what you ordered
Defective or not functioning properly
Unused and returned in its original condition and packaging

Reason for return
Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
All refunds are issued in cash only
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refunds apply to the original payment method, which is Cash on Delivery (COD)
Items Not Eligible for Return
Items returned after the 7-day window
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
Items without original packaging
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a cash refund and place a new order if needed.
